SSC GD FREE COURSE

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) General Duty (GD) Constable exam is a national-level recruitment test for positions in various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), the Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and as Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles. An "SSC GD FREE Course" typically refers to a comprehensive online or offline preparation program designed to cover the entire syllabus and structure of this highly competitive examination.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The selection process includes a Computer-Based Examination (CBE), followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), and a Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

The CBE is an objective type paper with a duration of 60 minutes for 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), totaling 160 marks (2 marks per correct answer). There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The exam is divided into four main sections:

1. General Intelligence & Reasoning (20 Questions, 40 Marks)

   • Covers topics like analogies, coding-decoding, series, visual memory, and arithmetical reasoning.

2. General Knowledge & General Awareness (20 Questions, 40 Marks)

   • Includes questions on India and its neighbors, history, culture, geography, economic scene, general polity, Indian Constitution, and scientific research.

3. Elementary Mathematics (20 Questions, 40 Marks)

   • Focuses on Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Mensuration, Time and Distance, and Time and Work.

4. English/Hindi (20 Questions, 40 Marks)

   • Tests comprehension and basic language skills, with topics like error spotting, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, idioms, and phrases.
